FAQ's

When burning candles, always do it within sight. Never leave candles or tart burners unattended! Keep out of reach of children & pets. NEVER burn a candle on or near anything that could catch fire. Keep wick centered & trimmed to no more than 1/4" at all times to prevent excessive flame or smoke. Do not let wick trimmings, or other debris drop into wax. Never move a hot candle. Never burn candles near a draft.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! You’ll be able to choose the appropriate shipping option upon checking out.

What happens if I pay too much for shipping?
Upon printing your postage I’ll refund excess shipping charges if the package is cheaper then what you paid to ship.

How do you Ship orders?
Currently our only shipping method is the United States Parcel Service. If you’d like a different shipping carrier please Email me (Robyn@beadedhemp.com) ahead of time so we can work something out.

What if I want to cancel my order?
You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise there is a 25% restocking fee.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept any form of PayPal payment and Revolution Money Exchange (RME). If you'll be paying by RME please let me know during the check out process and I will invoice you. Money Orders and personal checks are also an option. Upon checking out you’ll be able to choose your method of payment and all instructions will be available to you in the shopping cart. Please be advised that your order will not ship until the payment method has cleared. Bounced checks will be subject to a $32.00 fee as well as a possible third party collection activity.

We are now accepting Credit Card Payments, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. To use this option please check out with "Check/Money Order" and either give us a call at 815-546-5397 or leave a message in the comments field letting me know a good number and time to reach you. Credit card payments must be placed over the phone.

Will you give out my personal information?
Under no circumstance will your information be shared, bought or sold.

I placed an order and didn’t use the coupon code, can I add it now?
Coupon Codes must be presented at time of purchase. Coupon Codes can not be applied to previous purchases. Discounts do not apply to shipping, handling or taxes. Coupons are not valid on Gift Certificates.

We reserve the right to substitute coupon items if an item is out of stock or unavailable. Items offered can not be changed or substituted at the customer's request.

Because of the nature of our products we do not allow returns. If you have a problem with an order please contact me, and I’ll do my best to rectify the situation.
